I\u2019m Fabiola, originally from Mexico, but for over a decade, I\u2019ve called Quebec, Canada, my home. This blog was born out of curiosity and necessity. I\u2019m not a professional chef or food photographer\u2014I studied physics and software development\u2014but my love for food has led me to see it from a different perspective, where food and science intertwine.<\/p>
